PROJECTS
This three-level infill project, completed in 2013, is located adjacent to the legendary Apollo Theater and diagonally across from Harlem USA. The project, with 30,000 square feet of space and 100 feet of frontage on 125th Street, is anchored by Harlem's first Red Lobster restaurant and Banana Republic Factory Store. The building, designed by BLT Architects, features a modernist charcoal-grey terra cotta rain-screen with large glass panels to complement the historic white terra cotta facade of the landmark Apollo Theater. The project was funded solely with developer equity. Harlem Commonwealth Council is the ground lessor at the site.
