Boulevard, an outdoor lifestyle, pedestrian-focused destination, is being developed on four and one-half acres in under-retailed Westerchester County, New York. The project, slated for completion in the 4th quarter of 2018, will have 230,000 square feet with more than 1,400 feet of storefront at grade. The tenant mix will include home furnishings, fashion forward specialty retail, health and fitness and various dining options. Parking, which will be free to customers, will include more than 800 indoor and outdoor parking spaces. The project, being designed by BLT Architects, will have a number of sustainable design elements.
